Pipeline Valve Automation
Pipeline Equipment Germany (PEG) is specialised in the design, assembly
and testing of automated pipeline valves. For each specific condition, PEG will
provide the technically most sophisticated and most cost effective solution.
For on/off application all means of actuation can be applied; pneumatic,
hydraulic, gas actuated, gas-over-oil, electric or electro-hydraulic. Stored
back-up energy for fail safe action is available in various ways, like spring
return, pneumatic back-up tanks, hydraulic accumulators or electric battery
back-up (UPS).
All kinds or required valve actions can be supplied: normal On/Off
(XV/MOV/POV), Emergency Shut Down (ESV), Blow Down (BDV), Slam Shut Down
(SSV/SAV/HIPPS), modulating or according specific client requirements.
Control systems can be executed fully explosion proof, either to European or US
standards. Also special features, like valve stroke test devices can be
incorporated.
Features:
- Automation of all valve types: ball, butterfly, gate, globe, plug, double
block & bleed, diaphragm, pinch, etc.
- Pneumatic, hydraulic, gas actuated, gas-over-oil, electric or
electro-hydraulic actuators. Valve skidding.
- Normal On/Off, Emergency Shut Down, Blow Down, Slam Shut Down or modulating.
- Explosion proof to European and American standards.
