Compressor Packages
Pipeline Equipment Germany (PEG) supplies custom made Compressor
Packages. Applications are natural gas compression for gas lift, storage or transmission,
fuel gas boosting, process gas compression, recycle gas compression, flare gas
recompression, instrument air compression, etc. The compressors are
reciprocating type or screw type. The units can either be e-motor, gas engine
or diesel engine driven. The compressor package is supplied as one unit and
comprises the structural frame (skid), piping, valves, scrubber vessels,
separators, filters, pulsation dampers, tubing, instrumentation, lubrication,
heat exchangers, control logic (PLC), etc. The supply by PEG includes the
initial design, detail engineering, pulsation study (optional), fabrication,
assembly, testing, inspection, documentation, on-site installation,
commissioning, start-up and routine maintenance (optional).
Features:
- Reciprocating compressors or screw compressors (oil injected or oil free).
- E-motor, gas engine or diesel engine driven.
- Installed power up to 6,0 MW. Pressures up to 460 bar.
- Design in accordance with various codes, like PED, AD-Merkblätter, API, ASME,
BS, etc.
- Materials carbon steel, LT carbon steel, stainless steel or duplex.
- Inside or outside installation, optional acoustic enclosure
- Daily performance monitoring through modem and routine maintenance
(optional), 24-hour service.
